Abstract
With the rapid progress of the power industry,the safety and reliability of air switches,as core components of the power system,have gradually become the focus of industry attention.On the basis of in-depth analysis of various types and structures of air switches used by Liyuan Company,an innovative design concept and practical application plan for preventing misoperation of air switches are proposed.This design successfully achieves the function of preventing misoperation by cleverly adding mechanical structures.This design not only fully considers the working characteristics and operating habits of the air switch,but also combines the actual needs of Liyuan Company to ensure the practicality and applicability of the device.Through practical application verification,this anti-misoperation device has achieved significant results in reducing misoperations and improving safety,providing strong guarantees for the safety production of the power industry.关键词
