Abstract
During the maintenance process of the generator set,the carbon brush holder of the generator in the slip ring room needs to be removed and replaced,and a series of maintenance work should be carried out on the slip ring,guide ring,positive and negative pole joints,etc.After each component is repaired,it should be reinstalled.When reinstalling the carbon brush holder,the distance between the brush holder and the sliding ring needs to be adjusted after the brush holder is inserted into the base,with a requirement of 2-3 mm,to prevent problems such as sliding ring ignition and high carbon brush temperature caused by excessively long or short distance.To solve this problem,a new type of carbon brush holder base for generators has been designed.关键词
