摘要

Abstract

This paper proposes a back-to-back neutral point clamped(BT-NPC)power factor correction(PFC)circuit and designs a second-order adaptive sliding mode control method(SASMC)to enhance circuit robustness and reduce current harmonic content.First of all,by analyzing the operational characteristics and deriving the equivalent model of the three-level circuit along with its perturbations,the impact of perturbations on circuit operational characteristics is determined.Then,combining the advantages of high-order sliding mode theory and adaptive control,a second-order adaptive sliding mode controller is designed to provide the circuit with excellent robustness inherent in variable structure control while minimizing control chattering.Additionally,this paper analyzes the current bandwidth and designs a proportional resonant controller(PR)to compensate for AC current and grid phase.The DC voltage sample filter based on the extended state observer(ESO)is also designed to eliminate current harmonic effects caused by double-frequency ripple.Finally,the experimental prototype of the BT-NPC circuit is designed with a rated input of 220 V/50 Hz and an output of 1 kW/400 V.The experiment results have verified the feasibility of the proposed converter and the effectiveness of the control method.
