Abstract
The working arc gate of the spillway is an important component of the flood discharge facilities of hydropower stations.During the flood season,if there are problems with the gate oil cylinder or if the maintenance technology does not meet the standards,causing the gate to not operate normally,it will seriously affect the safety of the power plant and dam.Therefore,this paper takes the maintenance of the hydraulic oil cylinder of the spillway working arc gate of Liyuan Hydropower Station as an example,and elaborates in detail on the maintenance of the oil cylinder from the disassembly,disintegrate,reinstallation,and testing of the oil cylinder.After a flood season of operation,there are no operational failures or internal seepage during the opening and closing process.The gate operated stably and the maintenance quality met the requirements.关键词
