Value Co-evolution Between Social Intention and Educational Development:Current Practice and Future Development of SSI Education

Abstract
With the promulgation of the new curriculum standards,interdisciplinary subject teaching has been widely valued.As a complement to interdisciplinary modes such as STEM education,SSI(Socio-Scientific Issues)education has been reintroduced to complement other interdisciplinary education types.SSI education focuses on the aspects of science,humanity and ethics,which helps to promote the development of students'higher-order thinking ability and scientific emotional attitude and values when facing real social problems.From the initial development of the issues-centered teaching,it has experienced a century of practice.Compared with other forms,SSI education is characterized by the social diversity of topic selection,the uniqueness of teaching mode and the conflict of thinking development.However,the localization practice still needs to combine the guidance requirements of the new curriculum standards,explore the timely integration of major issues in social development,the strengthening and empowerment of teachers,knowledge belief in interdisciplinary teaching,and the construction of new teaching models supported by artificial intelligence,so as to carry out organic integration,and achieve the goal of comprehensive education under the requirements of the current social situation.关键词
