摘要
Abstract
According to the construction requirements of the"Technical Outline for Digital Twin River Basin Construction"issued by the Ministry of Water Resources,and based on the construction principles of"demand driven,application oriented,digital empowerment,and capacity enhancement",this paper determines the construction goals and tasks of the Digital Twin Rock Water Conservancy Hub and the Northwest Guizhou Water Supply Project.It proposes a construction plan,which mainly includes seven parts:information infrastructure,business applications,digital twin platforms,co construction and sharing,network security,physical environment,computer network and communication.After the completion of the project,it will significantly improve the scientific management efficiency,emergency response ability,comprehensive decision-making ability,and intelligent management level of the Jiayan Water Conservancy Hub Project.关键词
