摘要

Abstract

Flood control and management of small and medium-sized rivers is a key component of water beautiful rural areas and an important measure for the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.Based on the new requirements of the closed flood control system and water ecological civilization construction of Mengba River,combined with the terrain and geological conditions of the treated river section and the current flood control situation,a new ecological governance strategy combining the construction and reinforcement of flood control embankments,dredging and dredging of river channels is proposed to strengthen the bank and prevent erosion.By constructing gabion ecological and masonry gravity flood control embankments in sections and constructing a closed flood control system upstream and downstream,the flood control standards and flood discharge capacity of the river section have been improved,and the water ecological environment of the river has been improved.
