基于EMMs特征的酵母厂生产污水DOM与重金属络合作用分析
Analysis of the Complexation between DOM and Heavy Metals in Yeast Factory Wastewater Based on EMMs Characteristics

Abstract
Taking the wastewater from a yeast enterprise in Xinjiang as an example,using three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy technology,the influence of heavy metal ions on the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum of dissolved organic compounds in the wastewater of the city's polluting enterprises and the complexation effect of DOM-heavy metals were analyzed.The following conclusions had been drawn:(1)The wastewater produced by the enterprise was a high chromaticity and high concentration organic wastewater.The inflow of the sewage treatment plant of this enterprise was mainly characterized by protein like fluorescence T and B peaks,while humic like fluorescence A and C peaks exist but was not significant.(2)Using fluorescence quenching method,the results had showed that different concentrations of metal ions had varying degrees of influence on the fluorescence properties of DOM components;there had been differences in the quenching degree of different metal ions on the fluorescence of DOM components;and the changes of metal ion concentration had also lead to changes of the fluorescence peak position of DOM components.(3)Using a modified Stern-Volmer model to quantitatively describe the strength of the strength of complexation with fluorescence peaks of DOM components and different metal ions,the results had showed that all metal ions had complexation reactions with DOM components;and the degree of complexation between Cu2+and Mn2+to the fluorescence peak was T peak>A peak>C peak>B peak,while the degree of complexation between Fe2+and the fluorescence peak was T peak>B peak>A peak>C peak;the complexing ability of T peak with various metal ions was Fe2+>Cu2+>Mn2+,B peak was Fe2+>Mn2+>Cu2+,and C peak and A peak were Cu2+>Mn2+>Fe2+.关键词
