Abstract
The"three trials in one"trial model,as an innovative model for the trial of environmental resource cases,faced many problems in judicial practice,such as disorderly connection of trial procedures and scarcity of specialized judges.By analyzing the experience of India,Sweden and other countries in the process of environmental judicial specialization,we could draw a path for the development of China's"three trials in one"model.It was that the legitimacy of the"three-trials-in-one"model should be determined from the legislative level;the litigation procedure should apply the method of classified trial;the establishment of judicial institutions nationwide should be uniformly planned;and specialized judicial personnel should be trained should be systematically trained.关键词
