青藏高原生态文明建设绩效评价及提升路径研究
Research on Performance Evaluation and Enhancement Path of Ecological Civilization Construction in Qinghai-Xizang Plateau
摘要
Abstract
The performance evaluation index system of'ecological value-ecological responsibility-ecological po-tential'was constructed,and 25 indicators were selected to evaluate the performance level of ecological civilization construction on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau from 2008 to 2021,using the improved entropy method,the coupled coordination degree model and the obstacle degree model.The results show that the ecological civilization construc-tion performance of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau shows a steady increase;the validity of ecological value is the high-est,and the validity of ecological responsibility is the lowest;the degree of coupling coordination develops from the mildly dysfunctional stage to the well-coordinated stage;and the energy-saving and environmental protection ex-penditures as a proportion of GDP,sewage treatment rate,and regional population density are the main obstacle factors.Finally,the enhancement paths are given regarding ecological value,ecological responsibility,and ecologi-cal potential.关键词
