Abstract
Based on adhering to the'second combination',with the basic principle of Marxism and its organic combination of Chinese excellent traditional culture to create the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,the study focuses on the perspective of local culture to practice'second combination',deeply explores the local culture and the internal logical relationship between'the second combination',analyzes the local culture with marxism of cultural elements,and puts forward the inheritance of local culture development,content transformation and carrier construction power practice of'the second combination'.关键词
