一株野鸭源禽副黏病毒6型的基因组特征分析OA
Genome Characterization of Avian Paramyxovirus Type 6 Derived from Wild Ducks
为了解我国野生水禽中禽副黏病毒 6 型(APMV-6)的生物学特性,对 2020 年分离的 1 株野鸭源APMV-6(Wild duck/Shandong/W683/2020)进行了基因组测序及序列分析.结果显示:该APMV-6 分离株基因组为单股负链RNA,基因组长度为 16 230 nt,基因组结构为 3'-N-P-M-F-SH-HN-L-5',3'前导序列和 5'尾随序列长度分别为 55、54 nt,各基因间隔序列长度不等(2～63 nt)…查看全部>>
In order to identify the biological characteristics of avian paramyxovirus type 6(APMV-6)present in wild waterfowl in China,one APMV-6 strain(wild duck/Shandong/W683/2020)isolated in 2020 was sequenced and analyzed.The results showed that the genome of the isolate was a single negative-strand RNA with the genome length of 16 230 nt and the structure of 3'-N-P-M-F-SH-HN-L-5',the length of 3'leader sequence and 5'trailing sequence was 55 and 54 nt,respec…查看全部>>
