Abstract
Cases of animal diagnosis and treatment have been increasing in recent years in China.Some practical problems were usually encountered by law enforcement officers when they were handling such cases in the aspects of inspection for unlicensed operation,management of veterinary personnel,collection of illegal evidence and determination of illegal gains,especially in the central and western regions where,as affected by economy,the number of animal clinics was small,and law enforcement agencies lacked relevant practical experience.In the paper,relevant regulations on the licensing of diagnosis and treatment,management of the registration of licensed veterinarians,multi-location practice,Internet diagnosis and treatment as well as management of medical records and prescriptions were systematically summarized,followed by some considerations,aiming to provide a reference for the peers engaging in law enforcement.关键词
