干群关系对农户环境治理行为的影响
Research of the Effect of Cadre-group Relations on the Environmental Governance Behavior of Farming Households

Abstract
Based on the data from 50 counties(cities),156 townships(towns),a total of 300 administrative villages,and 2844 sample sizes in 2020,we constructed the theoretical analysis framework of'cadres and groups re-lationship-rule identity and village committee satisfaction-environmental governance behavior of farmers',and a-dopted the Oprobit model,robustness test and other methods to study the influence of cadres and groups relationship on the environmental governance behavior of farmers and its inherent mechanism.The results show that the relation-ship between cadres and groups will have a significant positive effect on the environmental governance behavior of farmers;the mechanism analysis shows that the positive impact of the relationship between cadres and groups on the environmental governance behavior of farmers is mainly transmitted through 2 paths of the sense of identity with the rules and the satisfaction with the village committee;and the relationship between cadres and groups will not result in the difference of environmental governance behavior of farmers due to the difference of the income level.Accordingly,it is proposed that the participation of farmers in environmental management actions be promoted by targeting the rela-tionship between the cadres and the community,to provide experience in safeguarding the rural living environment.关键词
