Abstract
Compared with traditional surgery,endoscopic surgery has been widely used in veterinary practice in the world because of its advantages including smaller amount of injury,bleeding,postoperative pain and tissue adhesion,and stronger healing capacity.Thoracoscopic surgery,however,has been rarely performed in veterinary practice due to its complexity and postoperative complications.In the study,a 10-year-old golden retriever with pulmonary metastatic angiosarcoma was performed with partial lobectomy by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.The surgery was described from aspects of general condition,examination,diagnosis and surgical procedure.Also techniques of devices and instruments selection,single-lung ventilation and some other surgical details concerned were discussed,expecting to provide references for veterinary practice.关键词
