摘要
Abstract
Epitopes are the basis of antigenicity and the smallest functional unit to induce immune response.Identification of B-cell epitopes is of great significance for the development of new vaccines and therapeutic drugs as well as diagnostic reagents.In this paper,the methods applied in the study of B-cell epitopes mapping in recent years are reviewed and their advantages and shortages are analyzed.关键词
