Abstract
The high-quality development of the human resource service industry is an inherent requirement for China's economic development to transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development.The high-quality development of the human resource service industry mainly relies on seven aspects:macroeconomic and social development conditions,input-output efficiency of human resource service industry elements,innovation,openness,sharing,coordination,and risk prevention and control.Constructing a scientific and systematic evaluation indicator system for the high-quality development of the human resource service industry can objectively describe and reflect the current development status of the human resource service industry,and further reveal the direction of future development and optimization adjustment of the human resource service industry.Based on theoretical research on high-quality development and practical experience in the human resource service industry,an indicator system for evaluating the high-quality development of the human resource service industry can be established from three evaluation perspectives:regional macro environment,industry systematic internal requirements,and spillover value effects of element resources,so as to comprehensively measure and evaluate the development foundation and space,development scale and quality,development potential and stability,economic value and social effects,industry development and synergistic effects,etc.关键词
