Abstract
Objective To quantify the basic information on academic papers related to goal-directed perfusion(GDP)in extracorporeal circulation during cardiac surgery,explore the research hot topics,trends and the most influential papers in the field of GDP research,and provide researchers and clinical workers with reference.Methods The Web of Science was used to search GDP-related literatures,and the R language data package Bibliometrix was used to conduct statistical analysis on the publication year of the literature,the journal source and country of the journal,and the distribution of high-frequency keywords,and cluster analysis was performed to obtain the GDP research hot topics.Results 116 GDP-related literatures were screened out,and data such as the trend of research in this field,the distribution of source journals,and the research popularity of various countries were obtained.There were 15 high-frequency keywords in total.Through cluster analysis of high-frequency keywords,3 main research hotspot directions were obtained.Hot topics in the field of GDP research included oxygen supply index,oxygen consumption monitoring,tissue perfusion monitoring,etc.Conclusion GDP research hot topics mainly include goal-directed perfusion research content and technology,subjects,and clinical outcomes.Based on the research method of bibliometrics,this study provides a relatively comprehensive analysis and summary of the development of the GDP research field.The monitoring and regulation of oxygen supply and oxygen consumption in this field may still be a popular research direction in the future.关键词
