Mechanism study of probiotics bacteriocins defense against viral and bacterial infections
摘要
Abstract
Facing the enormous challenge of antibiotic resistance,probiotic bacteriocins have shown remarkable effects in improving immunity and anti-infection.Based on this,the development of new antibacterial agents about probiotics bacteriocins has become a research hotspot.This paper reviews the source,classification,mechanism of action and application of probiotic bacteriocins against viruses and bacteria,in order to provide reference for the screening of natural products and the development of novel products to replace antibiotic.关键词
