白癜风同形反应相关因素的多变量分析:一项针对217例患者的观察性研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the factors related to koebner phenomenon(KP)of vitiligo.Methods An observational study was conducted on 217 patients with vitiligo who visited the outpatient Department of Dermatovenerology & Medical Cosmetology of South China Hospital Affiliated to Shenzhen University from November 21,2021 to February 7,2024.Clinical information was obtained by completing the Vitiligo European Task Force(VETF)questionnaire and clinical examination.The relevant information was extracted and multifactor analysis was performed to evaluate the correlation with KP.Results A total of 217 patients with vitiligo were included in this study,including 123 males(56.68％)and 94 females(43.31％).The mean age of treatment was(29.17±15.56)years,the mean age of onset was(25.85±14.86)years,and the median duration of disease was 24(6,72)months.There were 116 cases showed are KP positive and other cases showed are KP negative.The age(P=0.002),duration of disease(P=0.007),number of white spots(P＜0.001),body surface area(P=0.024),thyroid nodule(P=0.001)and BSA％(P＜0.001)in KP-positive cases significantly increased compared with KP-negative cases(P＜0.001).Among vitiligo types,segmental vitiligo(44 cases,43.56％)and unclassifiable types vitiligo(35 cases,34.65％)were more common in KP negative patients,while non-segmental vitiligo(26 cases,22.41％)and mixed vitiligo(68 cases,58.62％)were more common in KP patients(P＜0.001).Disease activity(OR=3.598),course of disease(OR=1.006),age(OR=1.060),body surface area(OR=3.921)and number of white spots(OR=3.901)were significantly correlated with KP.Conclusions KP has a certain significance in predicting the progression and clinical course of the disease.关键词
