Abstract
Objective:To construct a material management system based on multi-code mapping to realize the linkage and unification between the procurement,warehousing,delivery,department use and billing of low-value medical consumables.Methods:The problems,causes and current situation in the management of low-value medical consumables were analyzed.Using the method of unification of material code,price list code and medical insurance code,the modules of warehousing management,procurement management,query statistics and intelligent monitoring were set up,and a material management system based on multi-code mapping was built,and the charging of low-value medical consumables based on the linkage pricing of department delivery was standardized.The differences in the accuracy of requisition for low-value medical consumables,the standardization of catalog management,the accuracy of pricing and delivery comparison,the convenience of inventory management and the accuracy of data supervision before and after the application of the material management system based on multi-code mapping were compared.Results:The material management system based on multi-code mapping realized the linkage and unification between the procurement,warehousing,delivery,department delivery and pricing of low-value medical consumables.After the application of the system,the average scores of requisition accuracy,catalog management standardization,pricing and delivery comparison accuracy,inventory management convenience and data supervision accuracy were(4.12±0.67),(4.78±0.52),(4.48±0.63),(4.78±0.33)and(4.66±0.52),respectively,which were higher than those before application,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.13,7.22,5.12,8.12,7.56,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the material management system based on multi-code mapping can realize the refined management of the whole chain of low-value medical consumables,improve the efficiency of consumables,standardize the charging of low-value medical consumables,and reduce the cost of consumables.关键词
