摘要

Abstract

A good public recruitment mechanism for public institutions can effectively promote and deepen the management reform of public institutions,meet social needs,and select suitable talents,which is related to the overall reform of personnel system management.With the deepening of personnel system reform in public institutions,employers have dynamically updated their personalized requirements for job applicants,and the public's attention to open recruitment continues to increase.In terms of job setting,policy advocacy,information dissemination,personnel application,professional training,recruitment and retention,and job adaptation,public recruitment in public institutions still faces several common contradictions and problems in practice.To improve the public recruitment mechanism,we should implement policies tailored to job requirements,conduct diversified assessments,clarify authority,smooth channels,improve the effectiveness,standardization,and scientificity of recruitment work,help public institutions recruit suitable talents that meet job requirements,and enhance the quality and efficiency of public recruitment work.
