Abstract
Village and community cadres refer to staff who manage and provide services to villagers and residents in the village and community,and are frontline implementers of policies and direct providers of public services.Their emotional labor influences the feelings and satisfaction of service recipients.A questionnaire survey was conducted on village and community cadres in Xiuzhou District,Jiaxing City.The results show that the social emotional ability of village and community cadres have a significant positive influence on basic psychological needs;the social emotional ability of village and community cadres has a significant positive influence on deep acting,but has no significant influence on surface acting;the basic psychological needs of village and community cadres have a significant negative influence on surface acting,but do not have a significant influence on deep acting;the basic psychological needs of village and community cadres play a mediating role between social emotional ability and surface acting of emotional labor.Therefore,the improvement of the social emotional ability of village and community cadres,on the one hand,can make them tend to adopt deep acting strategies,and on the other hand,make them reduce the use of surface acting strategies by meeting basic psychological needs.关键词
