我国基础研究人才的学科分布与发展趋势研究
Study on Disciplinary Distribution and Development Trends of Basic Research Talents in China
摘要
Abstract
Basic research talents are the subject of basic disciplinary research,undertaking the important mission of updating scientific knowledge,innovating and creating.Understanding and evaluating the disciplinary distribution and development trends of basic research talents is an important basis for policy formulation and theoretical research,and is of great significance for the cultivation of basic research talents and the construction of global important talent centers.This paper extracts literature data from the InCites database of Clarivate Analytics,and defines authors of literature with a cumulative percentage of citations in the top 10％as basic research talents.Using 1％o,1％,and 10％as benchmarks,they are divided into three levels:A,B,and C.Big data analysis is conducted on the distribution and development trends of Chinese basic research talents in various disciplinary fields,so as to provide multidimensional and multi-level analysis methods and research perspectives for understanding the overall development trends of basic research talents in China and their various levels,and provide empirical references for accurately formulating talent development and support policies.关键词
