某三级甲等医院2020年至2022年西药门诊药房基本药物使用情况分析
Analysis of Essential Drug Use in Outpatient Pharmacy of Western Medicines in a Grade A-Tertiary Hospital from 2020 to 2022
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status of the use of essential drugs in outpatient pharmacy of western medicines in a grade A-tertiary hospital from 2020 to 2022.Methods The data related to the use of essential drugs in outpatient pharmacy of western medicines from 2020 to 2022 in the hospital information system and prescription review system were collected and analyzed.Results There were 354,365 and 362 kinds of essential drugs in use in the outpatient pharmacy of western medicines in the hospital from 2020 to 2022 respectively.The proportion of essential drug varieties in 2020 was 39.64%,which increased to 41.15%in 2021 and 41.37%in 2022.The supply rate of essential drugs from 2020 to 2022 was 51.68%,53.28%,52.85%respectively,in which the supply rate of essential chemical drugs and biological products was 70.74%,72.66%,71.94%respectively,which was far higher than 22.01%,23.13%,23.13%of Chinese patent medicines.The proportion of consumption costs of essential drugs in 2020 was 39.06%,which decreased to 36.74%in 2021 and 34.96%in 2022.The usage rate of essential drugs remained stable from 2020 to 2022(around 67%).The top one essential chemical drug and biological product with the largest prescription quantity in the three years was the Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets,and the Chinese patent medicine was the Bailing Capsules.No prescription for not selecting national essential drugs firstly without justifiable reasons was found in the randomly selected outpatient prescriptions.Conclusion The overall supply rate of essential drugs(except for traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces)in the outpatient pharmacy of western medicines in the hospital dose not reach the standard.Therefore,the hospital should continue to adjust the drug catalogue structure,especially increase the varieties of essential Chinese patent medicines,and increase the proportion of essential drugs.关键词
