摘要
Abstract
Hypothalamic-pituitary amenorrhea,re-sulting from hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction,is characterized by hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.Patients typically face infertility issues due to chronic anovulation and low estrogen level.Ovulation rate and pregnancy outcome can be achieved through hormone replacement,lifestyle management,and assisted re-productive technology.Individualized management is especially important.This article explores the diagnosis,preconception care,and treatment aspects related to infertility associated with hypothalamic-pituitary amenorrhea.关键词
