Diagnosis and treatment of endocrine disorders in polycystic ovary syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is the most common and complex disease in women of re-productive-age.PCOS suffered from hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis dysfunction,accompanied by endocrine disorders with hyperandrogenemism and hyerinsulinism and so on.Accurate assessment endo-crine status is a key step for early detection,early di-agnosis and early treatment for women affected with PCOS.Individualized treatment is mainly designed to target the endocrine disorders and fertility requirement for PCOS.PCOS is a disease across the life cycle of the affected women,a systemic and long-term management plan needs to be formulated.关键词
