不孕症合并肾上腺疾病的诊治
Diagnosis and treatment of infertility with adre-nal diseases
摘要
Abstract
Adrenal gland is an important organ to synthesize and secrete steroid hormones in addition to ovary,and plays an essential role in normal physio-logical function.Adrenal diseases cause similar hor-mone changes and clinical characteristics with poly-cystic ovary syndrome,especially in the manifestation of the gonadal axis disorders,ovulation disorder,menstrual disorder and impaired fertility.This paper elaborates the relation of congenital adrenal hyper-plasia,Cushing syndrome,adrenocortical insufficiency and female infertility,in order to promote interdisci-plinary fusion and build the knowledge reserve of ob-stetricians and gynecologists.关键词
