不孕症合并卵巢源性内分泌功能肿瘤的诊治
Diagnosis and treatment of infertility with ovari-an-derived endocrine tumors
摘要
Abstract
Ovarian-derived endocrine tumors mainly include ovarian sex cord-stromal tumor(SCST),ovarian steroid cell tumor(SCT),and ovarian germ cell tumor(OGCT).It interferes with the normal repro-ductive endocrine axis,leading to ovulation disorders,which is closely related to infertility.Such patients often present for precocious puberty,gonadal dysfunction,virilization,menstrual disorder,primary/secondary amenorrhea and infertility,which need to be judged by clinical symptoms,sex hormone tests and imaging examination(ultrasound or MRI),the tumor should be removed by surgery,and the diagnosis is confirmed by pathology.After surgery,if still infertile,choose the appropriate way to assist pregnancy.关键词
