林下种植滇黄精对土壤理化性状及微生物群落的影响
Effect of Polygonatum kingianum Understory Interplanting Mode on Soil Physicochemical Properties and Microbial Community

Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes in soil microbial community structure and soil environmental factors in the root zone of Polygonatum kingianum with different years of growth in the understory to provide references for achieving sustainable cultivation of P.kingianum in the understory.Methods:Soil physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,and high-throughput sequencing were conducted on the understory soil of P.kingianum cultivated for 1,2,and 3 years in Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County,Yunnan Province,as well as on the undeveloped understory soil.Results:The pH,total phosphorus,and available potassium content in the soil of the P.kingianum root zone decreased with increasing years of cultivation,while the organic matter,total nitrogen,and available phosphorus content increased with increasing years of cultivation.Compared with the original forest land,the urease activity in the soil of P.kingianum root zone planted for 1,2,and 3 years significantly decreased,while the catalase activity significantly increased.Additionally,after planting P.kingianum,the diversity and abundance of soil bacteria and fungi increased.There were differences in the bacterial and fungal community structures between the soil of the original forest land and the soil of the P.kingianum root zone,while the bacterial and fungal community structures in the soil of P.kingianum with different cultivation years were similar.Soil pH,available nitrogen,urease,acid phosphatase,and catalase were the main soil factors causing changes in soil bacterial and fungal communities.Conclusion:Planting P.kingianum has certain effects on the physicochemical properties of forest soil,enzyme activities,and microbial community structure,with different responses from various soil factors and soil microbes.The research results provide a reference for establishing sustainable cultivation models in the understory of P.kingianum and improving the quality of P.kingianum.关键词
