摘要

Abstract

Timely and comprehensive grasp of key information on flood occurrence is the foundation of flood disaster prevention.By combining remote sensing technology with traditional monitoring technology,a three-dimensional monitoring system with"space-air-ground"integration can be formed,which can achieve complementary and collaborative macro observation and key monitoring.This is conducive to the monitoring,forecasting,and early warning of flood disasters,significantly improving flood disaster prevention capabilities.Remote sensing technology can be applied to water body extraction,water level measurement,precipitation estimation,flow estimation,flood simulation,and disaster loss estimation.However,there are still many problems that need to be solved regarding the availability of monitoring data and the effectiveness of monitoring methods.
