Abstract
Baroque and rococo art represent the artistic peaks of two different periods from the 16th to the 18th century,respectively.Baroque style is centered around its luxury,religion,and male power,reflecting the dignity and authority of men;The rococo style,on the other hand,is characterized by its lightness,elegance,and feminine decoration,showcasing the softness and delicacy of women.During the rococo period,the female style led by madame pompadou not only promoted the prosperity of art,but also symbolized the transformation and construction of female identity in society.This article compares furniture from the baroque and rococo periods,traces the evolution of artistic styles,and explores the changes in gender concepts and aesthetic tastes of the times.关键词
