Abstract
Historical and cultural districts are an important component of urban renewal and construction,as well as a core area that embodies the historical and cultural values and characteristics of a city.This article starts from the perspective of"catalyst theory",quotes the"chain reaction"of catalyst theory,and combines it with the landscape renewal design of the provincial-level historical and cultural district of Zhengzhou Guomian Third Factory.By analyzing the current situation and problems of landscape renewal design of historical and cultural districts,it explores and ponders on the strategies for landscape renewal design of historical and cultural districts,in order to stimulate the original vitality of historical and cultural districts and drive the economic development of their surrounding areas.关键词
