Study on Preparation Method and Heat Treatment of Particle Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composites
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,two common methods for preparing nanoparticle reinforced aluminum matrix composites,in situ autogenesis and solid-liquid composite addition,and several auxiliary preparation techniques are summarized.The single-phase and dual-phase hybrid reinforced aluminum matrix nanocomposites were prepared,including SiCp/Al,TiB2/Al,SiCp+Mg2Si/Al and TiB2+Mg2Si/Al.At the same time,the interface between particles and Al matrix and the influence of nanoparticles on the solution and aging behavior of Al matrix composites were also discussed.The future research direction of Al matrix composites reinforced by nanoparticles was also proposed.关键词
