摘要
Abstract
The public geological survey projects of Anhui Province are mainly funded by the provincial finance.They focus on the fundamental geological survey and mineral exploration,public hydrogeological environment survey,and eco-agriculture geological survey,providing targets for mineral exploration and serving the economic and social development in the province.Despite of the fact that the input of provincial financial funds into the projects has been steadily increased and disbursed on time in the period of 2021-2023,we propose to establish a reasonable growth mechanism for input of the funds into the projects,attract more funds from more financial channels,strengthen project capital expenditure and budget performance management,and form a scientific and reasonable project management mechanism.关键词
