基于TLR2/MyD88信号通路探究五味子乙素对全身炎症反应综合征的影响
Effect of Schisandrae B on SIRS Based on TLR2/MyD88 Signaling Pathway

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Schisandrin B on zymosan-induced SIRS in mice through TLR2/MyD88 signaling pathway.Method The model was established by intraperitoneal injection of zymosan.The changes of body temperature and white blood cells were recorded.The levels of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.ALT,AST,Cr,BUN in serum were detected with the kits;HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of each tissue.Western Blot was used to detect the expression levels of TLR2,MyD88,NF-κB,HMGB1 in tissues.Results SchB can make temperature in mice increase significantly(P<0.01),blood cell in mice increase significantly(P<0.01).SchB could significantly reduce the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,ALT,AST,Cr and BUN(P<0.001).Western Blot results showed that SchB could significantly reduce the expression levels of TLR2,MyD88,NF-κB and HMGB1 in tissues(P<0.01).Conclusion SchB can alleviate the SIRS induced by zymosan,and the mechanism is mainly to regulate TLR2/MyD88 signaling pathway to alleviate inflammation.关键词
