司美格鲁肽治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗60例临床分析
Clinical Analysis of Semaglutide in Treatment of 60 Cases Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Insulin Resistance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of GLP-1 receptor agonist(Semaglutide)in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility with Insulin resistance(PCOS-IR).Method A total of 60 patients with PCOS-IR,infertility and Insulin resistance was selected as the subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(taking Semaglutide)and control group(taking Metformin),with 30 cases in each group.To compare the changes of hormones,Insulin,blood glucose and HbAIc before and after treatment between the two group.These indexes included FSH,LH,T,PRL,INS,C-peptide,FPG,2 h PG,HbAIc.We evaluated effect-iveness of the drug.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the sex hormon,Insulin,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin in two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the values of FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR and HbAIc in two groups decreased comparing with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Semaglutide decreased the level of Insulin resistance and glucose metabolism in patients with PCOS-IR,and Semaglutide has a significant effect on improving ovulation and adjusting the conception cycle of patients.关键词
