Optimal evaluation method for demonstration and application of key technologies of smart distribution network

Abstract
To address the difficulties in evaluating the priority order of key technologies in the demonstration application of distribution networks and quantifying the degree to which demonstration benefits are affected by regional development differences,a technology demon-strate on application optimization evaluation model that took into account the development of key technologies,application value and the difference of regional indicators guided by"double S"index is proposed.Based on the internal and external matrix to measure the demand of regional power network differentiated development,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is combined to quantify the demonstration benefits of key technologies.The continuous interval order weighted average operator improved analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are used to optimize CRITIC algorithm to calculate the subjective and objective weights,and the game theory is introduced to construct the subjective and objective combination weighting method.The intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method is used to construct the technology demonstration optimization evaluation model.The simulation results show that proposed method can quan-tify the priority of key technology demonstration,and can identify the differences of technology demonstration in different regions,which provides a reference for the investment decision of key technology demonstration on the distribution network side,and helps to improve the investment efficiency and efficiency of distribution network.关键词
