摘要
Abstract
MYC is one of the most widely studied proto-oncogenes.It belongs to the basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper(bHLH-Zip)DNA-binding protein superfamily and functions by forming MYC-MAX heterodimer.MYC affects a variety of biological processes,such as protein synthesis,cell adhesion,proliferation,differentiation,cell cycle,metabolism,apoptosis,and angiogenesis.Due to its special structure and location,it is difficult to directly target MYC.The therapeutic strategy for MYC is the focus of research.This article will sys-tematically review the structure and functions of MYC gene and the research progress of its inhibitors,to provide new options for the treat-ment of tumor by targeting MYC.关键词
