竖脊肌平面阻滞治疗竖脊肌肌筋膜疼痛综合征的效果
Therapeutic Effect of Erector Spinae Plane Block on Treatment of Erector Spi-nae Myofascial Pain Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ultrasound-guided plane block of the erector spinae muscle in the treatment of erector spinae myofascial pain syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with erector spinae myofascial pain syndrome who were treated in the hospital between June 2021 and June 2023 were randomly divided into a traditional pain point block group(F group)and a fascial plane block group(FB group),with 30 cases in each group.The visual analog scale(VAS)and pain relief efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The VAS scores of both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Com-pared with Group F,the FB group showed better therapeutic effects and higher pain relief rates at various time points after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Vertical spinal plane block can effectively alleviate pain in patients with vertical spinal myofascial pain syndrome,and the treatment effect is better than pain point block.关键词
