炎症指数及RDW在儿童肺炎支原体感染中临床特征分析
Analysis of Clinical Features of Inflammation Index and RDW in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of NLR,MLR,PLR,SII and RDW-CV in children with MP infection.Methods A total of 101 children with MP infection who were hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University from August 2023 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects,to collect their Clinical data and blood routine results and calcu-lated the inflammation index.To analyze the differences of inflammation index and RDW-CV between MP pneumonia group(n=64)and MP acute upper respiratory tract infection group(n=37),myocardial damage group(n=34)and non-myocardial damage group(n=30).To use the logistic regression to analysis the high risk factors of MPP and draw the ROC curve,performe linear regression to analyze the correlation between inflammation indicators and myocardial enzyme level.Results The levels of CRP,RDW-CV,NLR and SII in MP pneumonia group were higher than those in MP upper respiratory tract infection group(P<0.05).Univariate logistic regression analysis showed RDW-CV(OR=2.082),NLR(OR=1.577),SII(OR=1.002)(P<0.05)corresponed AUC area and cut-off value were RDW-CV(0.628,12.75),NLR(0.754,1.73),SII(0.814,589.51).The RDW-CV level in the myocardial damage group was higher than that in the non-myocardial damage group(P<0.05).RDW-CV(R2=0.232)was positively correlated with α-HBDH.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that RDW-CV(OR=2.167)was an independent risk factor for MPP in children.Conclusion RDW-CV,NLR and SII have certain diagnostic value in the differential diagnosis of MP acute upper respiratory tract infection and MP pneumonia.The active in-flammation in children with MPP may promote myocardial injury to a certain extent.关键词
