Effect of Hypertriglyceridemia on Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury after Acute Myocardial Infarction PCI

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of hypertriglyceridemia on ischemia-reperfusion injury during percutaneous coronary inter-vention(PCI)in acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 132 patients with AMI who un-derwent emergency PCI from October 2021 to December 2022.Among them,47 patients with hypertriglyceridemia were included in the hypertriglyceridemia group,and 85 patients with normal triglycerides were included in the control group.Detect and record general clini-cal data of patients,including creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme CK-MB,cardiac troponin T(cTnT),N-terminal proBNP precursor(NT proBNP),echocardiography,oxidative stress indicators including superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA),Inflammatory indicator interleukin-6(IL-6)levels.Results Compared with the control group,the BMI and triglyceride levels in patients with hypertriglyceridemia were significantly increased(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in other indicators;The levels of CK and CK-MB significantly increased(P<0.05),while the difference in cTnT was not significant;LVEF signifi-cantly decreased(P<0.05),NT proBNP significantly increased(P<0.05),and LVEDD difference was not significant;SOD significantly decreased,MDA and IL-6 levels significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertriglyceridemia can significantly exacerbate ischemia-reperfusion injury after acute myocardial infarction PCI,and timely correction of triglyceride imbalance is of great significance for improving clinical outcomes after PCI.关键词
