Robust Control Strategy for High-proportion Distributed Photovoltaic Distribution Network Considering Coordination of DSTATCOM and Grid-connected Inverters

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of power quality issues caused by the high proportion of distributed PV access to the distribution network during the safe and stable operation of the new power system,this paper proposes a robust adaptive control strategy for high-proportion distributed photovoltaic(PV)distribution networks considering the collaboration of DSTATCOM and parallel inverters.Firstly,it establishes a unified model for reactive voltage control of DSTATCOM and grid-connected inverters,as well as an uncertain system model for voltage control in distribution networks considering the randomness of system output and load.Secondly,considering the impact of other distributed PV power injection on the nodes,the paper uses the sensitivity analysis method and combines with robust performance constraints to design a robust voltage control strategy for DSTATCOM and grid-connected inverters.Then,taking into account the active power reduction of distributed PV,it constructs the robust adaptive control strategy.Finally,a model of IEEE 33 bus system containing DSTATCOM and high-proportion distributed PV is built for simulation.The results show that the proposed strategy can achieve coordinated control of DSTATCOM and grid-connected inverters for distribution network voltage and has strong adaptive capability.关键词
