Evaluationof Power Supply Capacity of Integrated Transmission and Distribution Systems Considering Distributed Photovoltaic Uncertainty
输电断面供电能力计算是保证电力系统安全运行的基本任务.近年来,为加速实现"双碳"目标,分布式光伏海量分散接入各配电系统中,而各个配电系统又与输电系统紧密互联,成为规模巨大的输配一体系统.因此,在计算输电系统中各断面的供电能力时,有必要考虑光伏发电大量接入带来的不确定性,并降低其计算负担.为此提出一种考虑分布式光伏不确定性的输配电系统供电能力的评估方法,建立含分布式光伏的输配电系统供电能力计算模型,针对输配电系统规模大、约束复杂的特点,提出一种基于目标级联分析法的分布式求解算法,实现输配电系统解耦及上下层优化问题的并行独立求解.此外,在求解下层配电系统优化子问题时,采用列与约束生成算法将其分解后进行求解.所提方法既考虑了分布式光伏的不确定性,确保了配电系统的安全运行,还可以保持输电系统和配电系统之间的独立性.
The calculation of power supply capacity of transmission sections is a basic task to ensure the safe operation of power systems.In recent years,in order to accelerate the realization of the dual carbon goals,distributed photovoltaics are massively connected to various distribution systems,and they are closely interconnected with the transmission system,becoming a huge integrated transmission and distribution systems.Therefore,when calculating the power supply capacity of each section in the transmission system,it is necessary to consider the uncertainty caused by a large number of photovoltaic power generation and reduce the calculation burden.Therefore,this paper proposes an evaluation method of power supply capacity of transmission and distribution system considering distributed photovoltaic uncertainty and establishes the calculation model of power supply capacity of the transmission and distribution system with distributed photovoltaic.Aiming at the characteristics of large scale and complex constraints of transmission and distribution systems,the paper also proposes a distributed algorithm based on analytical target cascading to realize decoupling and parallel solution of transmission and distribution systems.In addition,when solving the lower distribution system optimization sub-problem,it adopts the column and constraint generation algorithm to solve it.The proposed method not only considers the uncertainty of distributed photovoltaic,ensures the safe operation of distribution system,but also maintains the independence between transmission system and distribution system.
