摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of a reading therapy nursing intervention model based on the theory of emotional harmony in traditional Chinese medicine on the psychological status of uremic patients.Method 70 uremic patients who were treated at the Affili-ated Hospital of Jilin Medical College from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the dif-ferent treatment time of patients,35 patients who will be treated from January 2022 to June 2022 will be included in the control group.35 patients treated from July 2022 to December 2022 were included in the observation group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received reading therapy based on the theory of emotional harmony in traditional Chinese medicine for nursing intervention.After nursing,compare the nursing effect from aspects such as psychological anxiety scores,psychological depres-sion scores,and psychological stress scores.Result The psychological anxiety,depression,and stress scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The reading therapy nursing intervention model based on the theory of emotional balance in traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve psychological abnormalities such as anxiety in patients with uremia.
