眼科研究生分层递进式教学改革的实践探索
Practical Exploration of Hierarchical and Progressive Teaching Reform for Ophthalmic Graduate Students

Abstract
Ophthalmology is a highly practical discipline with complex content.With the changes in disease spectrum and the application of new technologies,the original graduate course system and teaching content are no longer applicable.Traditional graduate physician training has problems such as incomplete training plans and assessment mechanisms,low enthusiasm of teachers and students,and mo-notonous teaching methods,which cannot meet the current national requirements for standardized training of ophthalmic graduate physi-cians,the construction of a new curriculum system and the reform of teaching content have become urgently needed.The Chinese Medical Doctor Association has teamed up with 8 domestic elite teaching hospitals as pilot units to form a consensus on the core competency framework for graduate physicians,vigorously promoting medical education oriented towards job competence,and carrying out interdisci-plinary,diverse,and annual progressive teaching activities.Constructing a standardized training course system for ophthalmic graduate physicians and conducting interdisciplinary,diverse,and hierarchical teaching activities to cultivate ophthalmic graduate physicians with clinical job competence is of greater significance in promoting new educational reform concepts and promoting high-quality development of education and teaching.关键词
