Abstract
New quality productive forces promote economic structure optimization and efficiency through technological innovation and model transforma-tion.It is an important driving force for contemporary economic development and social progress.In this context,"data element×"has become an im-portant driving force for the development of new quality productive forces,with its significant characteristics of promoting multidimensional innovation,improving production efficiency,optimizing resource allocation,and promoting industrial integration.This article constructs a theoretical framework to explain how"data element×"drives the development of new quality productive forces by introducing"productivity theory"and"innovation ecology theory",and analyzes its internal logic.Specifically,its inherent logic is reflected in the following 4 aspects:synchronous improvement of technological innovation and production efficiency;mutual development of intelligent resource optimization and green development;cross-border collaboration and in-novation ecosystem construction;the driving cycle of continuous innovation.To achieve the goal of driving new quality productive forces through"data element×",we can promote ecological construction through technological innovation,improve allocation efficiency through resource integration,stimu-late model innovation through industrial linkage,and achieve knowledge sharing through talent development.Through these measures,we can effective-ly stimulate the potential of"data element×",provide solid support for promoting the development of new quality productive forces and thereby promote the development of economy and society towards a more efficient and sustainable direction.关键词
