摘要
Abstract
Service outsourcing is an effective means of international division of labor within products,a manifestation of service globalization and a stra-tegic emerging industry with high technological content,which is naturally linked to new quality productive forces,and enhances new quality productive forces in three aspects,namely,fostering new workers,generating new labor materials and reshaping new labor objects.With the empowerment of serv-ice outsourcing,China can take the initiative to participate in breakthrough technological innovation,create more new business models,and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.However,the development of service outsourcing industry itself is also faced with the"friendly shore outsourcing",the disappearance of traditional human capital and emerging offshore outsourcing countries,shrinking international demand,the development of unappreciated and other dilemmas.Based on this,this paper proposes to vigorously develop onshore outsourcing,promote the industry's own digital transformation and upgrading,further open up and expand the market space,build high-level service outsourcing demonstration cities and other policy measures.关键词
