Analyzing the Mechanism and Measures of Pilot Free Trade Zone Promoting the Formation of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
High-level opening-up provides external impetus and international environment support for the development of new quality productive forces and the creation of new development paradigm.As an important measure to promote high-level opening-up,the strategy of pilot free trade zone is the test of creating a good international environment through reform and opening up,and the pioneering of developing new quality productive forces through institutional opening-up.Through the analysis of the mechanism of promoting the formation of new quality productive forces with pilot free trade zone,this essay demonstrates that pilot free trade zones,as a new field of reform and opening up,not only fit the concept of high-level opening-up of new quality productive forces,but also fit the positioning of scientific and technological innovation,industrial upgrading and green development.In order to play the leading role of pilot free trade zone in promoting new quality productive forces,we need to build the industrial system required by new quality productive forces from the perspectives of single pilot free trade zone,cross-area pilot free trade zone,pilot free trade zone and free trade area with the focus on the specialty industries of pilot free trade zone,innovation chains and industrial chains.We also need to promote the cooperation of multiple pilot free trade zones and promote the cooperation of scientific and technological innovation to build strategic emerging industrial clusters.Besides,we need to strengthen the coordination and linkage between pilot free trade zone and free trade area,and integrate into the innovation chain and industrial chain of regional economic integration actively to create a better international environment for the development of new quality productive forces.关键词
