Abstract
Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the safety and short-term effectiveness of 3D laparoscopic radical gastrecto-my in treating advanced gastric cancer following neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods:The data of patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by radical gastrectomy from Jan.2020 to Dec.2023 were retrospectively collected.The patients who underwent 3D laparoscopic gastrectomy were divided into the observation group,while patients who underwent traditional open gastrectomy were in the control group.The clinical data,perioperative data,and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:A to-tal of 92 patients were enrolled in this study,including 37 patients in observation group and 55 patients in control group.The observation group showed longer operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,shorter time to first flatus,shorter time to first oral intake,and shorter postoperative hospital stay compared with the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence and severity of complications between the two groups.Conclusions:The application of 3D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy after neoadjuvant chemo-therapy has the advantages of few blood loss and rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function,which has great clinical application value and development prospects.关键词
